Nice colors, the only thing that bugs me is the composition of the work.
In my opinion you should try one of this two things:

A) Framing the situation by adding more stuff (could be gears, or something else) playing with the shadows and cyan light, keeping the focal point in the face of the dude.

B) Recut the art; chopping the white light from de dome-door(?), and from the bottom to the waist, achieving a more pronounced and horizontal reading of the picture.

In my opinion, it needs more contrast and more black in the shadows, like in the zone of the neck.
However it's a very fine work what you got here.

It is part of something else? For me, it could be a page of an Ilustrated Album, or could be the art of a puzzle-game (like Amanita design), even an animation artwork..
